What "setup" includes
The one-time setup fee covers scoping, metric definition and governance, building the data pipeline and dashboards, and documenting the methodology so your team owns the result. The optional monthly retainer covers ongoing reporting, new questions, maintenance and analyst time.
How billing works
- 50% of setup to begin, 50% on delivery.
- Retainers are month-to-month after the first quarter.
